TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions help to keep this website a safe place to trade and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you and GR Racket Sports in connection with this site. You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:
Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with GR Racket Sports, whose registered address is Flat 38, 1 Ward Road, Stratford, London, E15 2LB.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and GR Racket Sports unless you & GR Racket Sports accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered, and that the goods have been shipped to the specified address. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time GR Racket Sports sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation (not request) e-mail amounts to an acceptance by GR Racket Sports of your offer to buy goods from GR Racket Sports or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by GR Racket Sports. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. GR Racket Sports will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.
You undertake that all details you provide to GR Racket Sports for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform GR Racket Sports as soon as possible.
Liability
GR Racket Sports reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time.
GR Racket Sports will do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
GR Racket Sports do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the GR Racket Sports website or for any products or services purchased from GR Racket Sports.
GR Racket Sports will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
Processing of orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by GR Racket Sports. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. The law of the United Kingdom shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.
GR Racket Sports aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if an item is not in stock with our suppliers. In cases whereby there is a query or issue with your order you will be contacted as soon as possible and your order will be held until confirmation on how to proceed with your order is given. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.
Delivery/Title/Risk
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate, except where specific next-day or named-day delivery options are selected. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.
Any items that are received damaged or incorrect will be considered for repair, replacement, part-replacement or refund if reported to GR Racket Sports within 30 days of receipt. Please note that where blades and rubbers are concerned the ratings given are a general guide and are not binding in terms of fault if they don’t precisely agree with the interpretation of any particular individual.
In the event that a price reduction has been introduced for any goods after a purchase has been made, GR Racket Sports will provide a part-refund for the difference between the price paid for the item and the reduced price introduced on condition that a claim for such a part-refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
All product characteristic ratings found on the GR Racket Sports website are taken from a combination of professional opinion resulting from our own testing and/or guidance provided by the manufacturers. These ratings, and any advice given based on such ratings, are therefore only considered to be an approximate guide and GR Racket Sports cannot be held responsible if your interpretation of these ratings fails to match your own opinion of the product’s characteristics after initial use.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once GR Racket Sports has received payment in full for that product.
The Couriers will attempt delivery twice, after this, you as the customer are obliged to collect the goods from your local branch.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; GR Racket Sports advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
From time to time GR Racket Sports may engage a 3rd party to fulfil orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself.
Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Miscellaneous
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
GR Racket Sports may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.
These terms and conditions shall apply when GR Racket Sports accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between GR Racket Sports and you relating to your purchase. GR Racket Sports advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by GR Racket Sports.
